Eight days across three of northern Tanzania's best-known parks: Tarangire, known for its elephants and baobab-studded landscape; Ngorongoro Crater, a self-contained ecosystem with an unusually dense concentration of wildlife; and the Serengeti, where the plains stretch further than you can really take in from a vehicle. Each park has a distinct feel, so the trip is as much about the variety of landscapes as the animals themselves.
