Who We Are

Abakombe Tours is a Tanzanian-owned travel company based in Arusha, with more than 13 years of experience in the tourism industry. In that time we have planned and run safaris, mountain climbs and beach holidays for travelers from all over the world, and we still treat every trip as if it were our first.

We are a close-knit team of planners, driver-guides and mountain crew. The person who answers your first email stays with you until you are home again, so you never have to explain your plans twice.

What We Do

We design private, tailor-made trips: wildlife safaris in the northern and southern parks, Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru climbs on every major route, gorilla trekking in Uganda and Rwanda, and relaxing stays on Zanzibar. We arrange everything on the ground, from airport pick-up to your last night, and leave only your international flights to you.
