Overview
Short on time but want both wildlife and the beach? This five-day trip gives you four days on safari in the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, then flies you to Zanzibar for a final day by the sea before your flight home.
It covers two of northern Tanzania's most famous wildlife areas, and your Zanzibar day is simply for relaxing on the beach or wandering Stone Town. It suits travelers with a tight schedule who still want a taste of the coast. Get in touch for details.

Day by Day (5 days)
ARUSHA TO THE SERENGETI
You meet your safari guide in Arusha in the morning and drive to the Serengeti, famous for its wide plains and abundant wildlife. In the evening you enjoy your first game drive before settling into your lodge or camp in the Serengeti.
FULL DAY IN THE SERENGETI
An early game drive gives you the best chance of the Big Five and other wildlife, followed by more exploring in the afternoon. Overnight at a lodge or camp in the Serengeti.
SERENGETI TO THE NGORONGORO CRATER
In the morning you drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and descend to the crater floor for a game drive and picnic lunch. Overnight at a lodge or camp on the crater rim.
FINAL GAME DRIVE AND FLIGHT TO ZANZIBAR
After a last morning game drive, you head back to Arusha and fly to Zanzibar, where you are transferred to your hotel for the evening.
STONE TOWN, BEACH AND DEPARTURE
Spend the morning exploring Stone Town, the historic heart of Zanzibar, then relax on the beach or try snorkeling or diving in the afternoon. End the trip with a sunset dinner by the sea before your departure.
