4 Days Safari Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater

Day 0: Arrival in Tanzania Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport, our safari expert and transfer driver will warmly welcome you to Tanzania. You’ll receive a brief overview of your upcoming 4-day safari adventure. Afterward, you’ll be transferred to Arusha city for relaxation and an overnight stay, preparing for the exciting safari ahead. If you arrive early, optional short tours such as visiting waterfalls, exploring villages, or touring the town are available for your enjoyment.

Day 1: Tarangire National Park Following breakfast, you’ll meet with our office representative for a safari briefing before embarking on a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. En route, you’ll marvel at picturesque views of grassy plains adorned with ancient baobab trees and observe traditional Maasai homes and nomadic herders. In Tarangire, renowned for its ancient baobabs and diverse wildlife including African elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs, you’ll enjoy an afternoon game drive after a picnic lunch. Later, you’ll retire to your chosen accommodation for a satisfying dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park After breakfast, the journey continues to the fertile crater highlands where the Iraqw people cultivate wheat, corn, and coffee. En route to Serengeti National Park, you’ll pass by the Ngorongoro Crater, arriving around midday. Serengeti’s diverse landscapes and wildlife await, including grassy plains, savannah, wetlands, and the iconic Kopjes rock formations. Depending on the season, you may witness the spectacular animal migration, guided by experienced experts to maximize your wildlife encounters. Overnight stay at either Kati Kati Tented Camp or Seronera Campsite in central Serengeti.

Day 3: Serengeti Park to Ngorongoro Area Today’s adventure begins with an early morning game drive, followed by a journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. More wildlife viewing opportunities await along the way before settling in for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Full-game Drive After breakfast, descend over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for an immersive wildlife experience. A midday lunch at the crater’s bottom offers a unique perspective of this natural wonder, home to diverse wildlife including elephants, black rhinos, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and various bird species. Later, either return to Arusha town or proceed directly to the airport.
