1-DAY GORILLA TRACKING FROM KIGALI-UGANDA (BWINDI).

A 1-day gorilla trekking, Rwanda to Bwindi, Uganda involves careful planning to maximize your
experience within a short timeframe. Gorilla trekking typically takes place in the morning, so it’s
essential to plan for an early start.
5:00 AM: Pick up from your accommodation in Kigali and transfer to Kigali International Airport.
6:00 AM: Arrive at Kigali International Airport and check-in for a flight to Kihihi Airstrip in Uganda. The
flight duration is approximately 1-1.5 hours.
7:30 AM: Flight departs from Kigali.
8:30 AM: Arrive at Kihihi Airstrip, Uganda, and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
10:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The trek
itself usually takes 2-6 hours, depending on the location of the gorilla group you’re visiting.
4:30 PM: After the trek, depart from Bwindi and transfer back to Kihihi Airstrip.
6:30 PM: Arrive at Kihihi Airstrip and check-in for the flight back to Kigali.
7:30 PM: Flight departs from Kihihi Airstrip.
8:30 PM: Arrive at Kigali International Airport.
