For more than 13 years, Abakombe Tours has planned and run Tanzania safaris, Kilimanjaro climbs and Zanzibar beach stays from our office in Arusha. We work with our own guides and private 4x4 vehicles, match each route with tented camps or lodges to suit your style and budget, and take care of every transfer in between. One planner looks after your booking from your first message until your flight home.

Tourism has supported our team for over 13 years, so we share some of it with the villages around us, helping children stay in school and helping families meet medical costs they could not cover alone. On the mountain, safety comes first: our Kilimanjaro guides are Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certified, licensed by Kilimanjaro National Park and fluent in English, and every climb carries pulse oximeters, emergency oxygen and a complete first-aid kit.
