Offering a blend of both Tanzania’s wildlife and its cultural heritage, our six-day Adventure Safari packs world class safari game drives alongside the opportunity to interact with two distinct cultural groups.

Your six day journey includes an extensive tour of the Serengeti National Park and its many beautiful animals, a day long game drive through the verdant Ngorongoro Crater, and a visit to either the diverse landscapes of the Tarangire National Park or the opportunity to see the flamingoes and tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara National Park.

In addition to these incomparable wildlife experiences, you’ll pay a visit to the Hadzabe bushmen to participate in a dawn hunting excursion, and spend a night at the luxurious Africa Amini Maasai Lodge to experience Maasai culture through a series of Maasai led activities such as nature walks and craftwork.

Details of Six Day Tanzania Adventure Safari

DAY ONE – Moshi-Tarangire National Park

Non game-viewing travel time: 3-4½ hours
Distance: 200 km

After breakfast in Moshi, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive in the Park. See buffalo, giraffe, zebra and many more species, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Great Rift Wall. Dinner and overnight at Eileens Tree lodge with swimming pool.

DAY TWO – Serengeti National Park

Non game-viewing travel time: 4 hours
Distance: 205 km

After breakfast, set out for the endless open plains driving about 4 to the stunning skies of the Serengeti. A scenic four-hour drive, full day game drive together with late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Kubukubu Tented lodge.

DAY THREE – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Another full day safari with late evening game drive tracking the wildebeest migration. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Kubukubu Tented lodge.

DAY FOUR – Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro crater

Non game-viewing travel time: 4 hours
Distance: 145 km

After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro where you will descend to the Crater and see the great number of animals living in the crater.

Flamingo lodge ~ Full board

Day 5: Lake Manyara National park and back to Kilimanjaro Airport.

After breakfast, continue to Lake Manyara for a full game drive. After dinner at Arusha, transfer to JRO airport catching the flight KL 0567 which departures at 21:45.
